(1/2 BBL) An ale inspired by traditional Belgian farmhouse ales, fermented by our growing house culture. In this particular ale, the microbial consortia consist of 2 different Saccharomyces cerevisiae (brewer's yeast) strains from Belgium, and 2 different Brettanomyces bruxellensis ("Wild" yeast) strains. Hopped with El Dorado, Azacca, Galaxy, and Citra hops for a delicate extra fruity touch. (ETA: closer to 7/17)
