El Rancho The Brewhouse Experience

(1/2 BBL) The winners of our first Brewing Experience package, offered during a fundraiser, came out to the brew house on a fine Saturday, and helped our experimental brewer craft a fine beer. Based on their requests, we made a Belgian Saison base beer, to which we added freshly ground coriander, and hopped it with Citra and Mosaic hops. The resulting beer combines flavors of delicate Belgian spice, fresh citrus and zest from the coriander, and tropical fruity flavors from the hops. (ETA: 5/30-6/3)
