This amber ale is was brewed with copious amounts of Munich, Vienna, and caramel malts to provide a solid malty, sweet, bread-like backbone. After fermentation was complete we added raspberry and blackberry purees and aged for a few weeks so the flavors could thoroughly infuse. The result is a super smooth beer complemented by flavors of sweet berry preserves.
