Hopped with 2 lbs per bbl each of Apollo and Azacca hops. The former is known for its dank, citrus flavors and aromas, and is a classic american hop. The latter is a newer variety that has brewers excited, packing aromas and flavors of mango, papaya, orange, melon, lemon and other citrus and tropical fruit.
