Ticonderoga was fermented cool and slow then aged in rye and Madeira barrels from Whistle Pig. The result is a cider that is dry, complex, and sophisticated. Our Ticonderoga has a dry, woody character with spice, a touch of salinity and plenty of fruit-forward notes; think of a barrel-aged saison.
