The ghost of Katina, a Sioux Princess, has been seen roaming the grounds of Fall Hill Mansion where she spent most of her life as the nanny to the Thornton family. After her passing in 1777 she has remained at the mansion looking over its residents and guests, lovingly nursing them back to health. Just like Katina, our Black IPA was crafted to be the cure to all that ales you. Featuring Mosaic and Ella hops, with toasty Victory malt and lightly roasty Midnight Wheat malt layered underneath, this beer is intriguing and not for the faint of heart! The hops bring forth dank, tropical, and fruity flavors which blend with the malts to create a very unique flavor experience.
