The first recipe from our new brewer Jeff is fittingly named after Thomas Royston whose 50 acre tract eventually became downtown Fredericksburg. A light sweetness of brown sugar, maple and pineapple up front with moderate bitterness followed by the herb and pine from the hops through the end of the taste. A dry finish with hints of spice.
