Traditionally brewed seasonally in small family-run breweries, Saisons bear the unique flavors of their communities. Each year ours will feature different ingredients from various sources around Virginia. The honey we used in our first batch was harvested by Hungry Hill Farm in Nelson, VA. The floral honey, toasty backbone, and spiced notes of this medium bodied ale give way to a perfectly dry finish.
