Golden Brett is a dark golden colored beer, brewed with Victory, 2-Row and Red Wheat malt. It was lightly hopped with a blend of Northern Brewer and Simcoe hops. The beer started it's primary fermentation in a stainless tank and finished fermentation in a 800 gallon oak foudre Wine Barrels. The finished beer has fruity nose and flavors of citrus, apricot and bread crust. The mild tartness of the beer gives way to a long, clean finish.

Our oracle into ingenuity. A beacon of our muses, we worship at the altar of this homogenization of tradition and modernity. This IPA is made from barley, wheat and oats and fermented warm with a strain of Brettanomyces yeast that imparts bright tropical pineapple esters. We then whirlpooled the beer with Citra and Galaxy and then dry-hopped with hand-selected Citra and Idaho Gem. The result is an incredibly drinkable expose of tropical fruit, tangerine and bright earthy grasses.
