Brewed for The Big Soil Health Event's 2023 Farm to Brew Challenge... this International Pale Lager was specially made with regeneratively grown barley from South Dakota (SoilRegen). It's a smooth and easy drinking, yet full-bodied beer with light, toasty notes and a dry finish. The slight citrus and spicy hop aroma (Cluster hops) add some complexity and balance, paying homage to the soil it was grown in.
