Aged for a month in a Doc Porter's bourbon barrel, BBL Knockout 1 has the same basic aroma of dark fruits and flavor to match, but adds a little booziness, sweetness from bourbon trapped in the barrel, and tannins from the wood. Stay tuned for #2!
