Blanche is our sassy and fizzy Witbier; a traditional Belgian White Ale. Raw wheat and wit yeast give the cloudiness. Liberal amounts of Coriander, Orange-peel and Chamomile give her the authentic orange and herbal aromas. She's sparingly hopped and highly carbonated so she's an easy drinker.
