Passion fruit Blonde/Wit Hybrid4.5% ABV20 IBU
We decided to use a small bit of our Companion blonde to grow yeast for a Witbier. The resulting beer was a nifty blend of two styles. So we figured why not add some passion fruit puree to give it just a little more kick.
