When New Sarum Brewing and Thirsty Nomad Brewing got together to brew, they combined what they like best in brewing and made a Weird Baby. It combines a little twist on a classic Saison - a Black Saison - with Tayberry - a cross between blackberry and raspberry. It’s got hints of saison funkiness, roastiness from the dark malt, and a berry flavor that’s somewhere between blackberry and raspberry. Yeah, it’s weird. And tasty.
