Esta es la stout más sobresaliente dentro de la categoría por elevado alcohol por volumen y su gran carácter maltoso. Moderada carbonatación aunque muy espesa, color mocha.
Un notable sabor a café tostado, notas a chocolate y maltas quemadas. Semi-seca. La gran cantidad de lúpulo destaca en un retrogusto largo y amargor evidente.
Maridaje recomendado: Cortes al carbón, rostizados, Mole, camarones asados o fritos, embutidos como Jamón Serrano y Bayonne. Todo tipo de postres a base de chocolate, helados y postres de frutas.
Temperatura de conserva: 5-7 C, puede conservarse por periodo extendido de tiempo bajo las condiciones adecuadas.
