Trappist Dubbels, Tripels and Quadrupels are world famous, but the humble Single Ale (Enkel) rarely gets the recognition it deserves. Trappist Singles are the table beers that the monks drink every day. They are low-alcohol, can be light or dark and pair well with food. Bruz Gouden Enkel is crisp, clean, golden and refreshing with an understated Belgian yeast character. Being single has its advantages!

Belgian Pale Ales first came into their own during World War 2, when Belgian brewers adapted traditional amber ales to be more like English ales. This was done to give the British soldiers who liberated Belgium a taste of home. Liberator Pale Ale uses seven malts, earthy English hops and a lively Belgian yeast – for a smooth, malty, yeast-forward pale ale. Liberator is very food-friendly or excellent on its own as a dry, crisp session beer.
