Are you ready for our most epic and INCREDIBLY delicious beer event of the year??!! We sure are! Last year’s Firestone Walker Brewing Event broke records. This year we’ll be breaking them again! With a total of 31 offerings on tap from one single brewery, this will be our's and FW's BIGGEST Tap-Takeover in history!!! This includes 8 FW Vintage offerings and 8 wild ales from their Barrelworks Brewery. We'll also have a ton of specialty bottles available for purchase. And of course we will be welcoming back our special guests: The Lion himself DAVID WALKER and Barrelworks Barrelmeister JEFFERS RICHARDSON! You don’t want to miss this!

*DBA // British Pale Ale // 5% // 30 IBU
DBA is regarded as a California classic, and stands as an iconic tribute to traditional cask-fermented English ales. Pale malts create a smooth middle with ribbons of caramel, English toffee and toasted oak.

*Nitro DBA // British Pale Ale on Nitro // 5% // 30 IBU
A Firestone Walker classic is recast in our 20th anniversary year as DBA gets nitro treatment for the first time ever, resulting in a fresh twist on a proven favorite.

*UDBA // Unfiltered British Pale // 5.0% // 30 IBU
100% Oak Fermented. Biscuity malts, spicy Noble hop and subtle oak aroma leap from the glass to greet the nose. The fermentation process introduces American oak and vanilla flavors that complement the caramel malts of this beer.

*Pale 31 // California Style Pale Ale // 4.9% // 38 IBU
Beautiful floral and citrus hop aromas greet the nose with undertones of lightly toasted malt. Crisp pale and crystal malts offer a hint of sweetness. Subtle hop bitterness offers a refreshing finish.

*Pivo // Hoppy Pilsner // 5.3% // 40 IBU
Pivo Hoppy Pils offers impeccable balance with floral aromatics, spicy herbal nuances, and bergamot zest and lemongrass notes from dry hopping with German Saphir hops.

*Union Jack // American IPA // 7.5% // 70 IBU
This originator of the “Jack” IPA family is double dry-hopped to create bold grapefruit, tangerine and citrus flavors, all contrasted by pale malt sweetness to rein in the intensity.

*Easy Jack // Session IPA // 4.5% // 45 IBU
Brewed and dry hopped with a globetrotting selection of newer hop varieties from Germany, New Zealand and North America. Delivers massive hop aromas, surprising dimension, and a signature malt balance.

*Luponic Distortion 004 // Revolving Hop Series IPA // 5.9% // 59 IBU
Within the 7 hop blend that makes Luponic Distortion 004, 4 distinct hops from South Africa take the lead. Boasting more tropical fruit notes are two experimental hops, which also bring a bit of floral and white grape properties. The third and fourth hops bring a passion fruit note and more classically noble profile respectively.

*Nitro Merlin // Milk Stout // 5.5% // 27 IBU
When Velvet Merlin is brewed with milk sugar to create Nitro Merlin Milk Stout, the effect is similar to adding cream to your dark roasted coffee. The result is a stout that is still dark and roasty, but now with a mellow sweetness and added roundness of body.

*805 // Blonde // 4.7% // 20 IBU
A light, refreshing blonde ale crafted for the California lifestyle. Subtle malt sweetness is balanced by a touch of hops, creating a versatile beer with a clean finish.

*Double Jack // American Imperial IPA // 9.5% // 85 IBU
Bright grapefruit and tangerine American hop aromas, courtesy of liberal dry hopping with Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe. Undertones of stone fruit are revealed upon first sip. A sturdy pale and crystal malt backbone brings balance.

*Opal // Dry Hopped Saison // 7.5% // 35 IBU
Loaded with rustic grains, spicy Belgian yeastiness, and a dimension of dry-hopped brightness, layering in notes of fragrant citrus and tropical fruit. e result is a rootsy, rustic saison that merges Belgian tradition with West Coast style.

*Wookey Jack // Unfiltered Black Rye IPA // 8.3% // 80 IBU
A riff on the familiar Black IPA style, gnarly on the outside yet refined on the inside. It has a spicy grain quality, while double dry-hopping with Citra and Amarillo hops brings a citrusy dimension to the aroma profile.

*Oaktoberfest // Marzen Bier // 5.0% // 24 IBU
A proper German Märzen bier. Traditional imported malts offer subtle honey-like aromas with hints of Noble hop spice. The stars of this brew are the imported Pilsner and Vienna malts that offer malty sweetness that carry through to the end. German Hallertau hops add rich Noble hop character to balance this exceptional Marzen.

*2016 Velvet Merkin // Barrel-Aged Oatmeal Stout // 8.5% // 33 IBU
Rich milk chocolate, bourbon and espresso flavors, preceded by aromas of vanilla, coconut, toasted oak and mocha.

*2015 Agrestic Batch No. 002 // American Wild red Ale // 6.6%
Toasted oak, lemon pith, and rosewood swirl on the nose and palate, followed by an amazing harmony of vanilla, coconut, Earl Grey tea, dark cherries and spice.

*2016 Agrestic Batch No. 003 // American Wild Red Ale // 6.7%
Toasted oak, lemon pith, and rosewood swirl on the nose and palate, followed by an amazing harmony of vanilla, coconut, Earl Grey tea, dark cherries and spice.

*Lil Opal // Saison // 5.9%
A cunning blend of two-year-old American oak and eight-month-old French oak saisons. This traditional Belgian farmhouse saison has notes of citrus and tropical fruit, a smooth mouthfeel, and tangy crisp finish.

*Bretta Weisse // Berliner Weisse // 4.9%
Firm estery notes of stone and tropical fruit lead to funky, yeasty, citrus aromas. Soft cereal and oak flavors are enveloped by a firm acidity and tartness. The finish is dry and crisp.

*Bretta Rose // Wild Ale Fermented With Raspberries // 5.3%
Fermented with fresh local raspberries. A crisp effervescent concoction, bursting with raspberry perfume and flavor, a rosé color, bracing acidity, and a clean and refreshing finish.

*Feral One // American Wild Ale // 6.7%
An earthy funky nose gives way to complex ester notes of dried apricots, strawberry, guava and slight orange zest. Toasted mature oak, lavender, vanilla and cinnamon lurk in the background.

*2016 Parabola // Russian Imperial Stout // 13.1% // 79 IBU
Flavors of rich, chewy roasted malts, charred oak and bourbony vanilla. Parabola bares its teeth with its impenetrable black hue and soaring alcohol, yet its bite remains refined with a silky, balanced finish.

*2016 Helldorado // Blonde Barley Wine // 11.8% // 25 IBU
A super blonde barley wine that could still carry the strong barrel character imparted by aging the beer in retired spirits barrels. The result is an unlikely brew whose light complexion belies a full-bodied attitude and intense barrel expression.

*2016 Stickee Monkee // Central Coast Quad // 11.6% // 35 IBU
Belgian candi sugar imparts a signature molasses sweetness to the beer. Meanwhile, maturation in bourbon casks brings ample barrel expression with notes of toasted oak, coconut, leather and cigar tobacco.

*2016 Sucaba // Barrel Aged Barley Wine // 13.4% // 42 IBU
Big, boozy bourbon and American oak aromas combine with soft chocolate malty undertones. Complex malt flavors are framed in oak with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, tobacco, coconut and just a touch of dark cherry.

*XX Anniversary // Barrel Aged Blend // 13% // 30 IBU
Final blend of Parabola aged in New Oak and Bourbon Barrels, Russian Imperial Oatmeal Stout, Stickee Monkee aged in Bourbon and Brandy Barrels, Velvet Merkin aged in Bourbon Barrels, Bravo Aged in Bourbon Barrels, Helldorado Aged in Bourbon Barrels. At first there is a burst of brandy soaked cherries, then chocolate cake combined with distinct boozy new American oak notes. The flavor develops full of molasses rich brown sugar and fruitcake with a touch of caramel and cinnamon spice. Overall the beer is silky smooth, incredibly balanced and finishes with a touch of kirsch filled truffle

*Krieky Bones // Flanders Red // 5.7%
The aroma is of cherry pie complete with flavors of pie crust and spicy notes. Vienna malt notes give way to an assertive acidity, and a bright carbonation.

*Walker’s Imperial Reserve 2016 // Porter // 12.5% // 29 IBU
Roasted malt leads into chocolate & burnt caramel with notes of charred oak, vanilla & marshmallow.

*SLOambic // Wild Ale // 5.7% // 5 IBU
Bursting with ripe black berries and brambles, as well as hints of jam, the fruit gives way to funky yeast and firm oak flavors, finishing with a mouth-watering acidity.

*STiVo // Pilsner // 6.3%

*2014 Double DBA // Imperial Special Bitter // 12% // 29 IBU
Our flagship beer brewed to double strength. Immense toffee, vanilla, coconut and caramel malt married with American oak aromas emerge. The first sip develops with sugary caramel, molasses and vanilla, finishing with English toffee and toasted coconut.
