Wet Hop lager brewed with locally harvested Cascade hops. Green, resinous aromas are accentuated by a heavy dry hop of Galaxy and El dorado which creates intense tropical notes. Named after Dave and all his island adventures.
One of our two staple IPA's, this decidely "tropical" version is brewed with 100% Mosaic hops, lending intensely dank aromas of passion fruit, guava, and lychee. Finishes dry, in true West Coast-style fashion.
Silver medal winner at 2015 LA Int'l Beer Competition & 2015 California State Fair. Rustic, hop hazed IPA with pronounced juicy, citrus-forward hop aroma & flavor. Dry hopped at a rate of 4 lbs per barrel with Simcoe & Citra hops.
Another hazy, juicy IPA with experimental hops, named after the street behind the brewery, and Wade's obsession with Die Hard. Lots of tropical yeast esters mixed with melon and stone fruit aromas from an experimental dry hop of HBC #342.
