This Imperial India Pale Lager was brewed with a liberal dosing of American Zythos hops and a blend of Lager, Ale and Toffee malts. Cool fermented over three weeks, it was then aged on freshly picked Nelson Sauvin hops. Winter is coming, dragons and stuff, blahblahblah, torrents downloaded, new season soon, George RR Martin. Beer is yum.
A luscious full flavoured amber ale that pours a striking reddish brown. The specialty four malt blend brings caramel, toffee-like malty characteristics balanced by refreshing hop flavour and aroma, medium bitterness, and a dash of pepper from NZ’s indigenous horopito.
The Champion Pale Ale of the NZ Brewers Guild Awards 2015. A Crowded House of Nelson Sauvin hops, DD Smashed with some NZ Cascade & sprinkled with Herbs in the form of Pacific Jade, this is an ode to our hop! Who doesn’t love an orangey, grassy New Zealand Pale Ale with hints of lychee, pine & lime marmalade! Best served with a good dose of Kiwi music.
Just like Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel, Gentleman Jack is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel. Gentleman Jack, however, receives an additional “blessing” when it is charcoal mellowed again after reaching maturity giving it ultimate smoothness. Gentleman Jack is full-bodied with fruit and spices, and its finish is silky, warm, and pleasant. When you drink Gentleman Jack, do so with pride, for this is the whiskey a gentleman orders.
We do things a little differently around here – and that’s what gives Jack Daniel’s its distinctive character. We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. And we don’t follow a calendar. Our Tennessee Sippin’ Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks. By the way it smells. And, of course, by the way it tastes.
Jameson Original is a blend of pot still and fine grain whiskeys that is as versatile as it is smooth. Triple-distilled and aged for a minimum of 4 years, this is the timeless whiskey that turned our green bottle into an icon.

Nose: Sweet creamy vanilla, honey, pineapple, vanilla, pressed apples and a little cinnamon.
Palate: Apple cores, fresh and fruity trifle and creamy citrus.
Finish: Long and delicious, almonds and apple.
A very pale gold hue in the glass, this bright and fresh fruit-driven Pinot Gris from the Upper Moutere area of Nelson displays a multi-layered nose of aromatic pear-drop, honeysuckle and lychee. On the palate concentrated flavours of ripe pear, red apple and exotic spice are seamlessly integrated with natural fruit sweetness and finely balanced acidity—leading to a generously full and juicy finish
Aromas of crisp apple, brioche and citrus are enhanced by subtle biscuity notes, the delicate mousse and soft, creamy mouthfeel underpinned by an intense and lively acidity. An understated and balanced Marlborough méthode
Pale straw in colour and shows lifted aromatics of white fleshed nectarines combined with fragrant spice. The palate is juicy with delicious flavours of ripe peach, nectarine and subtle nutty and spicy characters, all resting on a backbone of lovely bright acidity
Gimblett Gravells, Hawke's Bay region
An alluring bouquet of black cherry and blueberry notes supported by smoky, earthy mushroom nuances. Showing dark fruit flavours enhanced by hints of spice and mocha, it's generously fruity in the mouth, but has a spine of ripe, muscular tannin to give it vibrancy and length.
A sweet berry entry which displays these same characters in abundance. Lovely ripe textural tannins rise gracefully out of the mid-palate to finish the wine. These are balanced by the wine’s acidity and fruit, to produce a long fruit-driven finish.
