BCT Brewing Project is a small batch brewing venture of Beancurdturtle Brewing LLC in partnership with Brew Crew Inc.
We brew beers by first developing a concept for a unique beer - from fresh interpretations of classic styles, to highly creative specialty beers. While some concepts stretch the definition of beer, we always maintain a goal of creating something special – grounded in the traditions of brewing – exhibiting complexity, balance, and drinkability. All beers are designed and brewed by Daniel Fernandez of Beancurdturtle Brewing LLC.
